Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Faculty of Communication has adopted a quality assurance system to achieve strategic goals aligned with its mission, vision, core principles, and long-term planning. In this context, the Faculty of Communication focuses on quality-oriented education, research and development, community contribution activities prominent at regional/national levels, and continuously enhancing the institution’s management system both qualitatively and quantitatively, aiming to become an effective, efficient, competitive, and entrepreneurial faculty on national and international scales.

Quality Policy of the Faculty of Communication:

1. To continuously monitor national and international developments to expand educational opportunities for our students.

2. To prioritize local, national, and international collaborations, creating diverse opportunities for our students and strengthening the partnership between the faculty and industry stakeholders.

3. To research possibilities and take necessary precautions to create a peaceful, healthy, cooperative, and supportive environment for both academics and students.

4. To regularly measure satisfaction among all stakeholders, especially students, and continually improve services and activities.

5. To research and implement the information and opportunities necessary for effective resource utilization.

6. To emphasize the application of ethical principles and behavioral rules determined by the institution.

7. To ensure all procedures within the faculty adhere to transparency principles.

8. To foresee potential issues in quality assurance processes and take necessary measures to address them.

9. To continuously update, disclose, and ensure transparency of quality assurance processes to all stakeholders, and to institutionalize the participation of internal and external stakeholders in these processes.
